### sec.307O Limited access to tribunal’s register of proceedings
This section applies to the register of proceedings kept by the principal registrar under the QCAT Act , section 229 (1) .
Despite the QCAT Act , section 229 (2) the principal registrar must ensure that part of the register which relates to adoption proceedings is not available for inspection by the public.
The QCAT Act , section 229 (4) does not apply to that part of the register which relates to adoption proceedings.

(sec.307O-ssec.1) This section applies to the register of proceedings kept by the principal registrar under the QCAT Act , section 229 (1) .
