### sec.307K Child’s right to express views to tribunal This section applies if an adoption proceeding is about the suitability of a person to be an adoptive parent of a particular child. Whether or not the child appears as a witness before the tribunal, the child has the right to express the child’s views to the tribunal about matters relevant to the review. s 307K ins 2009 No. 48 s 120 amd 2016 No. 57 s 67 sch 1 (sec.307K-ssec.1) This section applies if an adoption proceeding is about the suitability of a person to be an adoptive parent of a particular child.
