### sec.260 Adoption plan may include consent or request not to be asked for consent
A person may give an information consent or non-contact request to the chief executive by signing an adoption plan that includes the consent or request and giving a copy of the plan to the chief executive.
Subsection (1) does not limit the ways a person may give an information consent or non-contact request to the chief executive.
In this section—
information consent , of a person, means the person’s consent to the giving of information under this division.
non-contact request , by a person, means a request to the chief executive not to contact the person for the purpose of asking the person if the person wishes to consent to the giving of information under this division.

(sec.260-ssec.1) A person may give an information consent or non-contact request to the chief executive by signing an adoption plan that includes the consent or request and giving a copy of the plan to the chief executive.
