### sec.239 Court may hear submissions from non-parties to proceeding
In a proceeding, the Childrens Court may hear submissions from the following persons—
a member of the family of the child to whom the proceeding relates;
anyone else the court considers is able to inform it on any matter relevant to the proceeding.
A submission may be made by a person’s lawyer.
