### sec.193 Custody and guardianship if interim order in force
This section applies if an interim order is made in favour of the prospective adoptive parents under this division.
While the interim order is in force, the prospective adoptive parents have custody of the child.
The interim order does not affect the chief executive’s guardianship of the child.
