### sec.145 Removal after re-assessment The chief executive must remove a person’s name from the suitable adoptive parents register if, on a re-assessment under division 8 , the chief executive decides the person is unsuitable. Under section 135 (4) , the person is given a notice of the decision stating the person’s right to a review of the decision.
