### sec.111 Consent of household members to assessment
The assessment of a person under this part includes an assessment of certain matters relating to members of the person’s household.
Under section 121 , a person may be unsuitable because of the risk posed by a member of the person’s household.
An adult member of the person’s household may give written consent to being assessed under this part by signing the person’s expression of interest or by signing the person’s application under part 5 or in another way.
If an adult member of the person’s household has not given written consent to being assessed under this part—
the chief executive may not ask the police commissioner under section 116 for information, or access to the police commissioner’s records, relating to the household member; and
the chief executive may not ask the chief executive (transport) under section 117 for a written report about the household member’s traffic history.
If an adult member of the person’s household refuses to give written consent to being assessed under this part, section 114 (6) applies as if the person had failed to give information required under that section within the required time.

(sec.111-ssec.4) If an adult member of the person’s household refuses to give written consent to being assessed under this part, section 114 (6) applies as if the person had failed to give information required under that section within the required time.
- (a) the chief executive may not ask the police commissioner under section 116 for information, or access to the police commissioner’s records, relating to the household member; and
- (b) the chief executive may not ask the chief executive (transport) under section 117 for a written report about the household member’s traffic history.
