51 Supreme Court may make special order
The Supreme Court may, if administration has been granted, on the
application of the administrator, or for partial intestacy the executor
or administrator with the will annexed, or of any person beneficially
interested, and after the notice to the other parties and inquiry the
court considers appropriate, order and direct the course of
proceedings which must be taken in regard to—
(a) the time and method of sale of any real estate; and
(b) the letting and management of any real estate until sale; and
(c) the application for maintenance or advancement or otherwise of
shares or income of shares of children; and
(d) the expediency and mode of effecting a partition, if applied for;
and generally in regard to the administration of the real estate for the
greatest advantage of all persons interested.
