### sec.23A Conferral of statutory power on another entity If a provision of an Act, whether expressly or by implication, confers a power (the first power ) on an entity to authorise or require another entity to exercise a power (the second power ), then, if the first power is exercised, the provision is taken to confer the second power on the other entity.
