### sec.14G References to enactments
An enactment may be cited by reference to the provision of the Act in which it is contained.
The reference is to be made according to an official copy of—
the Act ; or
the Act as amended.
In this section—
Act includes Commonwealth Act, Act of another State, Territory Act or British Act.
enactment includes any portion of an Act.
official copy —
of an Act of Queensland or an Act of Queensland as amended—see schedule 1 , definition official copy ; or
of an Act of another jurisdiction or an Act of another jurisdiction as amended—means a copy, including a reproduction in electronic form, of the Act or the Act as amended that, under a law of the jurisdiction, is presumed to be a correct copy of the Act or the Act as amended, in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
