### sec.14F References to particular Acts
An Act may be cited—
by its short title; or
by reference to the year in which it was passed and its number.

A Commonwealth Act may be cited—
by its short title; or
in another way sufficient in a Commonwealth Act for the citation of such an Act;
together with a reference to the Commonwealth.
An Act of another State or a Territory may be cited—
by its short title; or
in another way sufficient in an Act of the State or Territory for the citation of such an Act;
together with a reference to the State or Territory.
A British Act may be cited—
by its short title; or
in another way sufficient in a British Act for the citation of such an Act;
together with a reference to the United Kingdom or the term ‘UK’, ‘Imperial Act’ or ‘Imp’.
