### sec.12B Particular land may be dedicated as road
This section applies if land is taken under this Act for the purpose of roads.
The land may be dedicated as a road by recording a dedication notice for the land in the appropriate register under the Land Act 1994 or the Land Title Act 1994 .
If the registrar of titles receives a dedication notice for the land, the registrar must register the notice.
The registration of the dedication notice, without anything further, opens the road for the Land Act 1994 .

(sec.12B-ssec.1) This section applies if land is taken under this Act for the purpose of roads.
