### sec.12A Constructing authority must lodge new plan of survey for particular land
This section applies if—
land taken under this Act is part of—
land subject to a building units plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 ; or
scheme land for a community titles scheme under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 ; and
the taking of the land affects the integrity of a boundary of a lot or common property shown on a plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , Land Title Act 1994 or another Act for the land.
The constructing authority for the acquisition must lodge with the registrar of titles a plan of survey showing a new boundary for the lot or common property.

(sec.12A-ssec.1) This section applies if— land taken under this Act is part of— land subject to a building units plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 ; or scheme land for a community titles scheme under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 ; and the taking of the land affects the integrity of a boundary of a lot or common property shown on a plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , Land Title Act 1994 or another Act for the land.
(sec.12A-ssec.2) The constructing authority for the acquisition must lodge with the registrar of titles a plan of survey showing a new boundary for the lot or common property.
- (a) land taken under this Act is part of— (i) land subject to a building units plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 ; or (ii) scheme land for a community titles scheme under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 ; and
- (i) land subject to a building units plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 ; or
- (ii) scheme land for a community titles scheme under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 ; and
- (b) the taking of the land affects the integrity of a boundary of a lot or common property shown on a plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , Land Title Act 1994 or another Act for the land.
- (i) land subject to a building units plan registered under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 ; or
- (ii) scheme land for a community titles scheme under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 ; and
