### sec.86 Application of div 2 This division does not apply to a project to the extent the project is the subject of— an existing agreement; or a native title agreement, whenever entered into, unless Aboriginal cultural heritage is expressly excluded from being subject to the agreement. - (a) an existing agreement; or - (b) a native title agreement, whenever entered into, unless Aboriginal cultural heritage is expressly excluded from being subject to the agreement.
