### sec.83 Voluntary development of cultural heritage management plan A person may, under this Act, develop and gain approval of a cultural heritage management plan even though there is no legal requirement for the plan. A person may seek to have an approved cultural heritage management plan in place to help the person avoid breaching the cultural heritage duty of care.
