### sec.59 Additional requirements for notice to Aboriginal party
If the written notice (proposed study) is given to an Aboriginal party, the notice must, as well as complying with the basic information requirements for the notice—
advise the party that if it wishes to take part in the cultural heritage study, it must give a written notice to the sponsor that the party wishes to take part in the study; and
state the notice day (proposed study) for the study, and advise the party of the time by which the sponsor must be given the written notice that the party wishes to take part in the study; and
advise the party that it might not be endorsed to take part in the study if it does not give the sponsor the written notice within the required time.
For subsection (1) (b) , the time the sponsor advises as being the time by which the sponsor must be given the written notice that the party wishes to take part in the study must be—
the end of 30 days after the notice day (proposed study) for the study; or
a later time decided by the sponsor.

(sec.59-ssec.2) For subsection (1) (b) , the time the sponsor advises as being the time by which the sponsor must be given the written notice that the party wishes to take part in the study must be— the end of 30 days after the notice day (proposed study) for the study; or a later time decided by the sponsor.
- (a) advise the party that if it wishes to take part in the cultural heritage study, it must give a written notice to the sponsor that the party wishes to take part in the study; and
- (b) state the notice day (proposed study) for the study, and advise the party of the time by which the sponsor must be given the written notice that the party wishes to take part in the study; and
- (c) advise the party that it might not be endorsed to take part in the study if it does not give the sponsor the written notice within the required time.
- (a) the end of 30 days after the notice day (proposed study) for the study; or
- (b) a later time decided by the sponsor.
