### sec.49 Information about cultural heritage management plans
The chief executive must record in the register identifying details for each cultural heritage management plan approved, or in the process of being developed, under this Act.
The chief executive must arrange the register in a way giving the persons searching the register reasonable access to information about—
whether any particular area of the State is the subject of—
an approved cultural heritage management plan; or
a cultural heritage management plan in the process of being developed under this Act; and
the contact details for the sponsor and endorsed parties for each approved plan and plan being developed.
(sec.49-ssec.1) The chief executive must record in the register identifying details for each cultural heritage management plan approved, or in the process of being developed, under this Act.
(sec.49-ssec.2) The chief executive must arrange the register in a way giving the persons searching the register reasonable access to information about— whether any particular area of the State is the subject of— an approved cultural heritage management plan; or a cultural heritage management plan in the process of being developed under this Act; and the contact details for the sponsor and endorsed parties for each approved plan and plan being developed.
