### sec.46 Establishment of register
The chief executive must establish and keep the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Register.
The chief executive may keep the register in the form or forms the chief executive considers to be the most appropriate in the circumstances for—
achieving the purpose of establishing the register; and
ensuring the register otherwise complies with the requirements of this division.
(sec.46-ssec.1) The chief executive must establish and keep the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Register.
(sec.46-ssec.2) The chief executive may keep the register in the form or forms the chief executive considers to be the most appropriate in the circumstances for— achieving the purpose of establishing the register; and ensuring the register otherwise complies with the requirements of this division.
- (a) achieving the purpose of establishing the register; and
