### sec.40 Placing information on database
The chief executive may place information on the database to the extent the chief executive considers appropriate, having regard especially to the consistency of the information with existing anthropological, biogeographical, historical and archaeological information.
Information the chief executive places on the database may be either information another person asks the chief executive to place on the database or information the chief executive already holds.
