### sec.37 Function of Aboriginal cultural heritage body
The function of an Aboriginal cultural heritage body for an area is to identify, for the benefit of a person who needs to know under this Act, the Aboriginal parties for the area or for a particular part of the area.
The Minister may give an Aboriginal cultural heritage body for an area the financial or other help the body needs to carry out its function.
