### sec.33 Particular steps to preserve cultural heritage
The Minister may—
for the State, acquire by purchase or gift Aboriginal cultural heritage for the purpose of its preservation; and
cause structures to be erected, and other steps to be taken, that are necessary or desirable to preserve the Aboriginal cultural heritage.
