### sec.28 Cultural heritage duty of care guidelines The Minister may by gazette notice notify guidelines ( cultural heritage duty of care guidelines ) identifying reasonable and practicable measures for ensuring activities are managed to avoid or minimise harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage. In formulating cultural heritage duty of care guidelines, the Minister may consult with the following— Aboriginal groups; industry groups; local governments; other persons the Minister considers appropriate.
