### sec.172 Validation of particular acts and omissions done before commencement
An act or omission done under this Act before the commencement, to the extent it was invalid or unlawful, is declared to be, and to have always been, as valid and lawful as if amended section 34 were in force at the time of the act or omission.
In this section—
amended section 34 means section 34 as in force on the commencement.
