### sec.15 Ownership of Aboriginal human remains
On the commencement of this section, Aboriginal people who have a traditional or familial link with Aboriginal human remains in existence immediately before the commencement become the owners of the human remains if they are not already the owners.
Subsection (1) applies regardless of who may have owned the Aboriginal human remains before the commencement of this section.
