### sec.135 Failure to help authorised officer
A person required to give reasonable help under section 134 (3) (g) must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
If an individual is required under section 134 (3) (g) to give information, or produce a document, it is a reasonable excuse for the individual not to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the individual.
(sec.135-ssec.1) A person required to give reasonable help under section 134 (3) (g) must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
