### sec.120 Approving or refusing to approve plan
On receiving a recommendation from the Land Court under division 6 , the Minister may—
for an objection—confirm the chief executive’s refusal to approve the cultural heritage management plan; or
for a referral—refuse to approve the plan; or
approve the plan; or
approve the plan after amendment of the plan in accordance with the Minister’s direction.
However, in deciding what action to take, the Minister must have regard to—
the Land Court’s recommendation; and
the matters about which the chief executive was or would have been required to be satisfied before approving the plan.
