### sec.116 Land Court’s hearing
The Land Court may hold, but is not required to hold, a hearing of an objection or referral.
All parties to the objection or referral have the right to be heard at the hearing.
The Land Court may order mediation before the hearing if the Land Court considers mediation may successfully resolve any dispute about the cultural heritage management plan.
