### sec.111 Objection to Land Court to refusal to approve agreed plan
If there is no endorsed party for the cultural heritage management plan, the sponsor for the plan may object, to the Land Court, to the chief executive’s refusal to approve the plan.
The sponsor must file the objection with the Land Court within the appeal period for the refusal.

(sec.111-ssec.1) If there is no endorsed party for the cultural heritage management plan, the sponsor for the plan may object, to the Land Court, to the chief executive’s refusal to approve the plan.
