### sec.103 Role of sponsor The sponsor for the cultural heritage management plan has the role of— seeking agreement with the endorsed parties for the plan about how the project is to be managed— to avoid harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage; and to the extent that harm can not reasonably be avoided, to minimise harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage; and developing the plan— in consultation and negotiation with the endorsed parties for the plan; and in a way directed at maximising the suitability of the plan for the effective protection and conservation of Aboriginal cultural heritage. - (a) seeking agreement with the endorsed parties for the plan about how the project is to be managed— (i) to avoid harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage; and (ii) to the extent that harm can not reasonably be avoided, to minimise harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage; and - (i) to avoid harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage; and - (ii) to the extent that harm can not reasonably be avoided, to minimise harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage; and - (b) developing the plan— (i) in consultation and negotiation with the endorsed parties for the plan; and (ii) in a way directed at maximising the suitability of the plan for the effective protection and conservation of Aboriginal cultural heritage. - (i) in consultation and negotiation with the endorsed parties for the plan; and - (ii) in a way directed at maximising the suitability of the plan for the effective protection and conservation of Aboriginal cultural heritage. - (i) to avoid harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage; and - (ii) to the extent that harm can not reasonably be avoided, to minimise harm to Aboriginal cultural heritage; and - (i) in consultation and negotiation with the endorsed parties for the plan; and - (ii) in a way directed at maximising the suitability of the plan for the effective protection and conservation of Aboriginal cultural heritage.
