### sec.69A Protection of officials from civil liability
An official is not civilly liable to someone for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.
If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to the official, the liability attaches instead to the State.
In this section—
official means—
a member; or
the clerk of the court for a community area.

(sec.69A-ssec.3) In this section— official means— a member; or the clerk of the court for a community area.
