### sec.60RC Chief executive officer not to engage in other paid employment
The chief executive officer must not, without the board’s prior written approval—
engage in paid employment outside the responsibilities of the office of the chief executive officer; or
actively take part in the activities of a business, or in the management of a corporation carrying on business.
