### sec.60P Minutes
The board must keep—
minutes of its meetings; and
valid resolutions passed other than at a board meeting.
Subsection (3) applies if a resolution is passed at a board meeting.
If asked by a member who voted against the passing of the resolution, the board must record in the minutes of the meeting that the member voted against the resolution.

(sec.60P-ssec.1) The board must keep— minutes of its meetings; and valid resolutions passed other than at a board meeting.
(sec.60P-ssec.2) Subsection (3) applies if a resolution is passed at a board meeting.
(sec.60P-ssec.3) If asked by a member who voted against the passing of the resolution, the board must record in the minutes of the meeting that the member voted against the resolution.
