### sec.60N Presiding at meetings
The chairperson must preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present.
If the chairperson is absent from a board meeting or there is a vacancy in the office of chairperson, the deputy chairperson must preside.
If the chairperson and the deputy chairperson are both absent from a board meeting, or if both offices are vacant, a member chosen by the members present must preside.

(sec.60N-ssec.1) The chairperson must preside at all meetings of the board at which the chairperson is present.
