### sec.60DB Appointment of members
The board consists of at least 5, but not more than 10, members appointed by the Governor in Council.
At least 1 member of the board must be a consumer representative.
At least 1 member of the board must be a community representative.
A person is qualified to be nominated by the Minister for appointment as a member of the board only if the person—
has—
commercial or management skills and experience; or
other skills and experience relevant to the performance of Community Enterprise Queensland’s functions; and
is not disqualified under this division from being a member.
In this section—
community representative means a person who the Minister considers represents the interests of the communities in which Community Enterprise Queensland performs its functions.
consumer representative means a person who the Minister considers represents the consumers of services provided by Community Enterprise Queensland.
