### sec.60C Powers
Community Enterprise Queensland has all the powers of an individual and may, for example—
enter into contracts; and
acquire, hold, deal with and dispose of property; and
employ staff; and
appoint agents and attorneys; and
engage consultants; and
charge for, and place conditions on, the supply of goods, services or information it supplies; and
establish funds to ensure the efficient conduct of its enterprises and other activities; and
carry on any business consistent with the performance of its functions; and
do anything else necessary or convenient to be done in the performance of its functions.
