### sec.52 Community government or indigenous regional council may impose restrictions on entry etc. Subject to subsection (2) , a community government or indigenous regional council for a trust area may, by resolution— restrict the number of persons who may enter and be in a place within the trust area under section 50 (1) (b) or (2) ; or restrict the time for which a person may live at a place within the trust area under section 50 (1) (b) or (2) .
