### sec.35 False or misleading statements
A person must not state anything, under this division, to a clerk of the court that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—8 penalty units.
In a proceeding for an offence against subsection (1) , it is enough to state that the statement made was, without specifying which, false or misleading.
