### sec.102 Treaty Institute and Treaty Institute Council
On the commencement—
the Treaty Institute and the Treaty Institute Council are abolished; and
each member of the Treaty Institute Council goes out of office.
No compensation is payable to a person because of subsection (1)(b).
To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (2) does not limit or otherwise affect a person’s right to a benefit or entitlement that had accrued before the commencement.

(sec.102-ssec.1) On the commencement— the Treaty Institute and the Treaty Institute Council are abolished; and each member of the Treaty Institute Council goes out of office.
