REASONS FOR DECISION
- This is an appeal from a decision of the Consumer and Commercial Division of the Tribunal dated 9 January 2023 involving a social housing tenancy under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) ('the RT Act').

- The appeal was filed on 23 January 2023, and has been filed within the time period prescribed under r 25 of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Rules 2014 (NSW).
