### sec.62 Childrens Court judge
A Childrens Court judge has jurisdiction—
to hear and determine under division 7 a charge against a child for an offence; and
to delegate sentencing power to a Childrens Court magistrate under section 185 ; and
to hear bail applications under section 59 ; and
to perform other functions and exercise other powers conferred on the judge under this Act; and
to review under section 118 a sentence order made by a Childrens Court magistrate.
