### sec.57 Warrant for arrest of child who fails to appear after release without bail Subject to this Act, the provisions of the Bail Act 1980 relating to the issue of warrants for the arrest of defendants who fail to surrender into the custody of the court before which they were required to appear after being permitted to go at large without bail apply to a child who fails to appear after being released into the custody of a parent, or permitted to go at large, without bail.
