### sec.47 Bail Act 1980 applies Subject to this Act, the Bail Act 1980 applies in relation to a child charged with an offence. Particular provisions of the Bail Act 1980 do not apply in relation to children. See, for example, sections 7 , 11 , 16 and 16A of that Act.
