### sec.394 Application of particular provisions to decisions about release made on or after commencement Sections 48, 48A and 50 and schedule 4, as amended or inserted by the amending Act, apply in relation to a decision made by a court or police officer on or after the commencement about whether to grant bail to a child or otherwise release the child from custody.
