### sec.392 Eligible persons register This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was a victim who had requested information under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 2009 , repealed section 16, about a child detained in a detention centre. From the commencement, the person is taken to be included on the eligible persons register as an eligible person in relation to the child. s 392 ins 2017 No. 8 s 99 (sec.392-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was a victim who had requested information under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 2009 , repealed section 16, about a child detained in a detention centre. (sec.392-ssec.2) From the commencement, the person is taken to be included on the eligible persons register as an eligible person in relation to the child.
