### sec.381 Offence committed while on bail
This section applies if—
before the commencement a child was charged with an offence under repealed section 59A; and
at the commencement the charge of the offence has not been finally dealt with in any of the following ways—
the charge has been withdrawn;
the charge has been dismissed by the court;
the child has been discharged;
the child has been acquitted;
the child has been found guilty of, and sentenced for, the offence.
The child can not be prosecuted for, or further prosecuted for, or convicted of, or punished for, the offence.

(sec.381-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement a child was charged with an offence under repealed section 59A; and at the commencement the charge of the offence has not been finally dealt with in any of the following ways— the charge has been withdrawn; the charge has been dismissed by the court; the child has been discharged; the child has been acquitted; the child has been found guilty of, and sentenced for, the offence.
(sec.381-ssec.2) The child can not be prosecuted for, or further prosecuted for, or convicted of, or punished for, the offence.
- (a) before the commencement a child was charged with an offence under repealed section 59A; and
- (b) at the commencement the charge of the offence has not been finally dealt with in any of the following ways— (i) the charge has been withdrawn; (ii) the charge has been dismissed by the court; (iii) the child has been discharged; (iv) the child has been acquitted; (v) the child has been found guilty of, and sentenced for, the offence.
- (i) the charge has been withdrawn;
- (ii) the charge has been dismissed by the court;
- (iii) the child has been discharged;
- (iv) the child has been acquitted;
- (v) the child has been found guilty of, and sentenced for, the offence.
