### sec.374 Application of s 237
This section applies if a child is subject to a boot camp (vehicle offences) order continued under section 370 or a boot camp order continued under section 371.
Despite section 373, section 237(2) does not apply in relation to the child if the chief executive reasonably believes the child has contravened the order by leaving the boot camp centre stated in the order without the chief executive’s written consent.
