### sec.372 Purpose of sdiv 3 The purpose of this subdivision is to provide for the proceedings that apply and the orders that may be made for— contravention of a boot camp (vehicle offences) order continued under section 370 or a boot camp order continued under section 371; or variation, discharge and resentencing in relation to a boot camp (vehicle offences) order continued under section 370; or revocation and resentencing in relation to a boot camp order continued under section 371. This subdivision applies whether the contravention of the order is alleged to have happened before or after the commencement. s 372 ins 2016 No. 38 s 55 (sec.372-ssec.1) The purpose of this subdivision is to provide for the proceedings that apply and the orders that may be made for— contravention of a boot camp (vehicle offences) order continued under section 370 or a boot camp order continued under section 371; or variation, discharge and resentencing in relation to a boot camp (vehicle offences) order continued under section 370; or revocation and resentencing in relation to a boot camp order continued under section 371.
