### sec.37 Amendment of conference agreement by chief executive
This section applies if the chief executive considers that the conference agreement is or becomes unworkable, including, for example, because compliance with the agreement has become impossible or unsafe.
The chief executive may, if the child agrees, amend the conference agreement to the extent necessary to make the agreement workable.
In deciding how to amend the conference agreement, the chief executive must take reasonable steps to find out, and give effect to, the views of each participant who signed the agreement.
The amended conference agreement replaces the original agreement and takes effect from its amendment by the chief executive.
After amending the conference agreement, the chief executive must make reasonable efforts to give a copy of the amended agreement to each participant who signed the agreement.
