### sec.355 Application of provisions about destruction of identifying particulars taken under court order This section applies for deciding the end of the proceeding for section 27 in relation to the referral of an offence to a conference under section 161(3)(a)(i) before the commencement. Section 27(5) as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply after the commencement to decide the end of the proceeding. s 355 ins 2012 No. 41 s 45 (sec.355-ssec.1) This section applies for deciding the end of the proceeding for section 27 in relation to the referral of an offence to a conference under section 161(3)(a)(i) before the commencement.
