### sec.352 Particular amended provisions apply only to prosecutions commenced after commencement Sections 8, 78 and 176, as amended by the Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction Reform and Modernisation Amendment Act 2010 , apply in relation to an offence only if an originating step for a proceeding for the offence is taken on or after the commencement of this section. For subsection (1), it does not matter when the offence was committed.
